It’s officially a contract year for Snapback Sports and this is how I’m attacking it.

LeBron talked about how originally he thought Kobe’s signal was for some play but eventually realized that play was - give me the fucking ball and get out the fucking way.

Today, April 13th, means we officially have exactly one year left on our contract with Underdog.

What I realized driving home from dinner on Saturday Night was that I’ve always been comfortable with the ball in my hands, with the pressure being on me and that for the next year, I’ll be dialing in on the Mamba Mentality.

Now, that doesn’t mean it’ll ONLY be me. To win championships like Kobe did, he obviously needed Shaq. He needed Derrick Fisher to make shots. He needed Metta World Peace, Lamar Odom, Pau Gasol, or Jordan Farmar (ball knowledge).

But the mentality that he took from Michael Jordan was being fearless of that pressure of taking the last shot - and that’s what I’ll be doing for the next 365.
