Today’s Topic:
Going from a media company to a product company

At our offsite back in March, we gathered the team together to talk about our future as a company.

We left South Carolina with our North Star: Snapback Experiences

That meant one day we would build a Yelp for Sports fans.

But to get there we had to teach a non-technical team 2 things.

  1. How to build product

  2. How to market our own product

We agreed that building the SBX platform was very complex and it’d be easier to start smaller.

So that’s what we’ve been working on the last 6 months.
