You Have a Comfort Crisis

Last week, we held our 4th annual company offsite.

It’s everyone’s favorite 4 days of the year.

Some of the reasons why:

• We’re small enough of as a company that we actually still like each other

• A remote company doing in-person work is always rewarding

• It’s a change of routine

But the real reason actually isn’t any of those.

Our offsite isn’t a vacation.

It’s grueling 10 hour work days with non-stop conversation.
